Personality

Jules is fairly lighthearted but can get a bit hot-headed at times. She also has a very strong sense of justice & because of her past, works really hard to help others. She likes teasing & sarcasm with others but is overall very kind & caring. She's fiercely loyal to those she cares about & even though she likes to act tough, she can be quite soft.

Background

Jules grew up in the Midwest & had a mostly normal life. Her mother died when she was 3 due to a drunk driver. Her father raised her alone. Her & her father were extremely close her entire life. In school she loved learning about Captain America & the Howling Commandos. She knew everything there was about Captain America & his best friend. She collected Captain America things as well. (She still does but she won’t admit it.)When it was time to go to college, her father got sick & passed soon after. She knew he’d still want her to live her dreams so she scraped money together & went to college in New York City. She worked multiple jobs to get by, but in college is where she met her first love who’d end up being her biggest mistake. He used dating her to get to know her & scope her out. When he realized she had no family & no friends (due to her always working), he revealed himself as a HYDRA agent & took her to them.While she was imprisoned by HYDRA they experimented on her the same way Wanda & Pietro were, using the scepter. When they realized it worked on her they forced her to learn how to fight & use her powers. Then they used her for doing their dirty work. On one mission she found a way out & took it.After leaving HYDRA she decided to go back to New York & use her powers for good. She would work as a vigilante, stopping bad guys & helping people. But she had some PTSD from her time with HYDRA & her powers made her anger issues stronger. She also realized how much she enjoyed the adrenaline from fighting. She started fighting in superhuman underground fighting rings to make extra cash & get her fix for violence.Jules will sometimes test the limits of her powers & end up causing self harm in doing so. But she doesn’t seem to mind the pain, glad to be able to feel something. Her emotions can be unstable at times & she’s hesitant around strangers. But she tries her best to be a force of good.
